Artisan can supply quality bespoke blinds for all situations; providing privacy, sun screening, insulation or simply dressing the window. All window shapes can be accommodated, including Velux and other types of roof lights, dorma, apex and bay windows.
Roman & London Blinds
- Full Range of fabrics from the finest silk voile through to upholstery weight
- Handmade to specific requirements including handsewing to side seams and bottom hems
- Every roman blind is individually assessed to ensure each pleat is the correct proportion and size and can be finished with co-ordinated fabrics and shapes to create a unique look
- Cotton or contrast lined, blackout lined or fully interlined options available
- No discernable stitches on the face of fabric
- Various control systems available from simple manual cord and cleat through to fully integrated remote control
- Shaped windows can be accommodated for including arched, apex, graduated bay, velux & sloping roof windows

- For pleated blinds we offer a broad range of fabrics from transparent to blackout with specially coated fabrics to resist staining from moisture and insects. ‘Plisse’ single pleat will afford adequate shading and a degree of temperature regulation, whilst the ‘Duette’, based on a honeycombe construction means each cell will give an insulating barrier, keeping heat out in the summer and warmth inside in the winter. Both fabrics have the unique ability to be transformed into many different shapes – ideal for roof profile designs

Awnings
We all like a little alfresco living which can be achieved with a suitable awning to shade a patio, balcony or courtyard.
- Fully cassetted system with the arms and cover fully enclosed in a cassette box, for maximum weather protection when the awning is retracted
- As standard the aluminium profiles are powdercoated in white or brown and include an internal profile to support the roller along its length, eliminating the need for individual roller supports
- TUV tested and approved
- Control options include manual, fixed Centralis switch & integrated remote control with sun and wind sensors. The technology used in motorised awnings eliminates the need for unsightly cables that may affect the aesthetic appearance of your home
